This is such a fabulous product and I never want to be without it! It’s so moisturising and leaves my skin looking healthy and glowing. It’s now part of my Obvs skincare routine and the quality matches all the other products in the range. My skin is nourished and the usual streaming eyes and skin flare ups are a thing of the past with this SPF. I dreaded using SPF’s, but no longer!

The sunscreen is good but does leave a white cast which I was under the impression it won’t after seeing other reviews shared, I still use it because I appreciate it what it stands for and the carefully crafted mix of ingredients

I formulated the Mineral SPF50 using what I believe is the best micronised zinc oxide in the world. Because it’s a mineral SPF, you do need to be able to see where you’ve applied it as you rub it in, which is actually really useful for making sure you haven’t missed any bits! 😅
It should, however, rub in rather than leave a lasting heavy white cast. The amount of cast you see can also vary depending on skin tone, how much you apply and how thoroughly it’s worked into the skin.

This is such a useful item. It's sturdy and stylish too with the Obvs logo. And maybe I'm just weird, but it's really satisfying winding up the end of the tube too.

Absolutely love this SPF. It feels really moisturising and luxurious and my hands don't feel sticky afterwards. It glides on and absorbs beautifully leaving no residue or smears on the skin. I'm also slightly obsessed with the tube key haha. The success of this suncream is a testament to all of Sian's hard work and perseverance in formulating the product, and getting it out there to us. It’s almost difficult to find words for this amazing product! My skin was a completely mess, something happened and my normal products stopped working. I tried SO SO many products trying to find something that my skin didn’t react to, nothing worked! Even the most “gentle” products didn’t work. After buying what felt like every product for sensitive skin out there, I ordered this and other products from Obvs. My skin started calming down after just one week and now, after about two months it’s almost back to normal. Let’s just say I love these products! They are the best out there! I’m so happy I found this wonderful brand from this amazing woman! I love to know that it’s clean products with only a few ingredients! Try it!!

This sunscreen has a lovely texture and a faint shimmer when applying, so you know where you have put it. It nourishes your skin and I really like the natural smell. I have been searching for a mineral SPF for a while now and since having my little boy who suffers with eczema the search has become even more important. I am very selective when it comes to anything I put onto his skin. When Sian released her SPF I knew I had to try it - not just because her ingredient deck is minimal and natural but following her formulation journey, Sian has always been honest, transparent, passionate and considered in her approach, this made me feel comfortable to send any questions I had about the SPF.
I was plesantly surprised when the SPF glided on (no dragging required) and melted into my skin leaving no white cast. I am sensetive to fragrance, even essential oils, so the fragrance free formula makes me very happy! I have honestly not used another suncream like it.
I done a test patch on my son and have since applied it to his skin without issue. Sian - thank you making such an elegant SPF good enough for the whole family.

Lets start with Sian, we realised with days to go before a holiday that we needed more Intense recovery and mandarin moisturiser and thought there is no way we will get it in time. We contacted Sian and it was sent within 24hrs! The service she provided was second to none! Now to the creams, the Intense recovery cream is a god send, we use it after being in the sun all day and it takes out any redness, my dad actually had some really bad heat rash, we gave him some cream and he was shocked at how quickly it took out the itch and redness! The mandarin moisturiser is brilliant, a subtle hint of orange and is overall fantastic!

Having become more conscious about what I put on my skin given the chaos brought about by perimenopause, a decent sunscreen was one of the things that I could t seem to find…until now. This stuff is brilliant, feels lovely on the skin, no white cast and actually works better as a makeup primer than my actual primer! 10/10 I 100% recommend this product.

This sun cream feels luxurious and so moisturising it soaks in super quick leaving no white cast! It Doesn’t really have any smell to it which is nice as not over powering, so far so good! I would definitely recommend!

This spf isn’t like an spf I’ve ever tried before and I have started using it as a daily moisturiser as welll during this hot hot uk summer.
It works perfectly on its own but Ona. Day when I need a little more I pop on some obvs mandarin moisturiser.
I also use this in my radiotherapy burns in the sun as the skin is super delicate no issues and perfect cover. Fell very confident wearing it.
And finally my niece who has the worst excema in her knees and elbow joints really really loved this cream when she came to visit.

Tried this after using other sustainable brands mainly due to the fact my facial skin appears to have become allergic to the sun and traditional sunscreen. The other brands stopped me burning but not breaking out in a rash and I found them oily. This sunscreen is not oily, it is quite thick, so you don’t need to put much on. It has also soothed my skin and the rash is dissipating, I couldn’t be happier! I apply it each morning like a moisturiser and if I’m going to be out in the sun all day I take the sturdy tube with me so I can reapply it. It has no scent which I like and the tube key means I get every last drop out.
I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting an ethical alternative to traditional sunscreen

I keep all your products in the 'fridge, as they're even more refreshing to use, especially in this heat we're getting. You've done it again Sian with a corker of a product. Your lovely sun cream is light and easy to apply, dries quickly, leaves no white film on the skin and doesn't mark clothing. I've had no adverse skin reaction, and none of that sticky feeling from using sun cream in really warm weather. Best of all - there's no sun burn so I can relax. Top marks, and I'm wondering what else you will devise (after a well-earned break, obvs).
